Overview

I joined the faculty at the Naval Postgraduate School as a tenure track assistant professor in September 2018, after spending seven years at Ford Motor Company. Initially, I was an operations research analyst. After being nominated to a rotational leadership program, I held managerial positions in manufacturing, marketing, product planning, and information technology. My last position at Ford was analytics group manager. During those years, I published several peer-reviewed articles, was awarded patents, trade secrets, internal and external technical awards, and received multiple community awards for service.
