To retrieve this file using anonymous ftp:

% ftp ftp.nps.navy.mil

Connected to ftp.nps.navy.mil.

220 peacock.nps.navy.mil FTP server (SunOS 4.1) ready.

% Name (ftp.nps.navy.mil:chu): anonymous

331 Guest login ok, send your email address as the password.

% Password:

230 Guest login ok, access restrictions apply.

% ftp> cd /pub/oc/chu

% ftp> bin

% ftp> get pvector.tar

% ftp> quit

When you are ready to install P-Vector code, place the tar file in an

appropriate directory and untar it

% tar -xvf pvector.tar

This will create a directory named pvectorcode and a subtree with the entire software distribution ready to be compiled on your computer.
