To retrieve this file using anonymous ftp:

When you are ready to install P-Vector code, place the tar file in an
appropriate directory and untar it
% tar -xvf pvector.tar
This will create a directory named pvectorcode and a subtree with the entire software distribution ready to be compiled on your computer.
