1. Download file rtpMonitor.zip

2. Unzip the rtpMonitor.zip file under C:\. The directory "C:\vrtp" will be created.

3. Check if  JDK1.3  is installed in your computer and if its path is included ( c:\jdk1.3\bin).

4. Install JMF 2.0 Beta Release (or greater). You will need an account on Java Developer Connection.

5. Add "C:\vrtp;.;" to your classpath.
