Data Length field

Size: 16
Data Type: unsigned
Description: This field shall specify the number of bits of digital voice audio or digital data being sent in this Signal PDU. This field shall be represented by a 16-bit unsigned integer. If the Encoding Class is database index, the Data Length field shall contain the value 96.
