Sample Rate field

Size: 32
Data Type: unsigned
Description: This field shall specify either (1) the sample rate in samples per second if the encoding class is encoded audio or (2) the data rate in bits per second for data transmissions. If the Encoding Class is database index, this field shall be zero. This field shall be represented by a 32-bit unsigned integer.
