Length of Modulation Parameters(1) Field

Size: 8
Data Type: Unsigned
Description: This field shall specify the length in octets of the modulation parameters that follow this field. This length shall include any end padding necessary to assure that the Modulation Parameter field ends on a 64-bit boundary. Consequently, the value of this field shall be a multiple of 8. This field shall be represented by an 8-bit unsigned integer.
