Beam Sweep Sync Field

Description: This field is provided to allow a receiver to synchronize its regenerated scan pattern to that of the emitter. This field when employed shall specify the percentage of time a scan is through its pattern from its origin. The pattern and origin data shall be derived from database parameters. This field shall be represented by a 32-bit floating point number.
