Collision PDU

Size: 480
Description: Collisions between entities shall be communicated by issuing a Collision PDU.
The Issuing Entity ID identifies the Entity that is issuing the PDU, while the Colliding Entity ID identifies the Entity which has collided with the issuing entity.
Velocity is the velocity of the issuing entity at the time of the collision.
Mass is the issuing entities mass
Location is with respect to the entity with which the issuing entity collided.
