Description: The coefficients field shall represent the power distribution from the antenna as the coefficients of a spherical harmonic expansion to the order given in the preceding field. Each coefficient shall be represented as a 32-bit floating point number. The coefficients shall be given fro the 0th order to the Nth order. Within each order n, the coefficients shall be given from the -nth to the +nth. Equations for the expansion of a real function in spherical harmonics are in "Mathematical Methods for Physists."
