RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Apply predictions of the ocean and atmosphere to DoD operations, especially how taking into account uncertainty in the predictions can improve mission success. Study military decisions sensitive to the environment and find opportunities for improved use of forecast information.
Explore and improve techniques and applications in atmosphere and ocean data assimilation systems.
