Authors that have presented at the confrence may submit their papers to Dr. Dinesh Sarvate, for possible publication in a special issue of the Journal of Combinatorial Mathematics and Combinatorial Computing (JCMCC) after presenting at the conference. All papers will be subject to the normal refereeing standards and procedure of the Journal. Papers may be email to Dr. Dinesh Sarvate or mailed to

• Please submit manuscripts in 10pt LaTex
• Please use \textwidth 4.5 in
• Please use \textheight 7.125 in
• Pleaes use the \maketitle command
• Your title should be in bold
• Each word of your title should begin with a capital letter
• List your references [1], [2], etc. in alphabetical order
