My research interests primarily relate to the development of methods and codes for challenging geoscience problems with a focus on provable stable and accurate methods. During my PhD I developed a multidimensional finite volume method for porous media applications. More recently I have been focused on both adaptive mesh refinement techniques and high-order accurate finite difference methods for earthquake rupture dynamics.
