Below you will find examples of student work from the first offering of MV3203 Graphical Simulation to be based on HTML5 and WebGL. Despite the material being new and time being short, several students chose to produce tech demos as a kind of brief final project. Click on the images to start the applications. A recent version of Chrome is recommended; a recent version of Firefox or the Opera 12 alpha could work as well. Keep in mind that HTML5 and WebGL are both still rough around the edges.

Chad HutchinsThe UAV and Pirate Skiff move around through programmed points in separate arrays. Once the UAV “locates” the skiff the skiff will stop and the RHIB boat will come on to the scene for a "boarding". You can also press “b” to get the RHIB boat to come out but it will go to a specific point, vice when the UAV locates the RHIB it will go “close enough” to the RHIB’s position. |
